We aged out about half our team from last year and have to look to replace some big shoes offensively. Pitching should be consistent, not overpowering, consistent. There are quality young players coming into the league and try-outs/draft will happen this week. I look forward to reading everyone's report and getting solid advice from others. This is my first year as a Head Coach/Manager, I assisted last year and have a quality female co-coach the girls really like and respect.
